  • Item out of stock online? Check in with the Covent Garden shop team as they may still have availability – they also offer a Reserve & Collect service (items held for up to 48hrs) 🛍

*Please note these recommendations are based on provided carrier schedules and are not guarantees. Delivery is dependent on carrier collection and delivery performance. We recommend ordering ahead as much as possible.


What you need to know about online deliveries

  • If you are ordering a surprise gift for someone in the same household, we recommend having the order delivered to an alternative address (work or friend/family) as depending on the size & contents of your order, it is possible it will be packaged in a box that provides an indication of what is inside or that the order is from The Noble Collection 🎁
  • Bulky items (such as brooms) will ship in their manufacturer’s shipping boxes, and our warehouse team re-use outer cartons to pack orders where possible to avoid wastage 📦
  • If you’re planning on delivering directly to the recipient, please be aware that a delivery note with item and pricing details is included in each order and cannot be removed 📝
  • Our returns address and company name is also printed on every postage label in case the order is unable to be delivered. Again, this cannot be omitted so please be aware of this 🏷
  • We will have an extended returns period around Christmas. Orders placed between 1st November & 25th December can be returned up until the 7th January, provided they are still in their original boxed, saleable condition. Please see here for our Returns Policy 📦
