Shipping and delivery times may take longer than the usual estimates at present. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Delivery details

The Noble Collection UK does not offer international shipping (mainland UK & NI only: excludes Republic of Ireland, Channel and other islands). You must have a valid UK billing address to place an order with us.

Please do not place orders using a mailbox address or forwarder, as we cannot cover any costs of return from outside the UK and once delivered in the UK we cannot help with any shipment issues. Orders that are not as above may be cancelled and refunded, possibly without notice.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Evri Shipping – Standard
    Evri standard shipping is free of charge and is estimated to take 3-7 working days from dispatch.
  • DHL Shipping – Express
    DHL shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5 and is estimated to take 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Please note orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. This is a guideline only and may change during busy periods.

Once dispatched orders may at any time be subject to delays by the courier for which we cannot be held accountable – but we will always do our best to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.

If an order is delayed due to incorrect details provided by the customer, we will try our hardest to get this amended for you and get the package back on track, but this can sometimes delay the delivery by a number of working days. Please double check all information before submitting your order.

If you request a courier delivers to a safe place, and the courier can provide evidence it was delivered to this safe place, any missing parcels will be dealt with at our discretion.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations prior to dispatch, including updates to delivery information. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it.

Delivery may take longer if you have placed an order over £300 and we are unable to contact you (please see Fraud Checks below).

Tracking information

We will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but please allow time for processing, especially during busy periods. You should receive an email with your tracking information once dispatched.

If your tracker does not provide any results, please note the courier may not have picked up the item yet, and it can take some time for the courier to update the tracking information.

Christmas & Gifting

Orders placed around the Christmas period are more likely to be subject to delays. Please order ahead of time where possible.

Depending on the size and products in your order, it is likely that your order will be packaged in a box that provides an indication of what is inside or that the order is from The Noble Collection – bulky items (such as brooms) will ship in their manufacturer’s shipping boxes, and our warehouse team re-use outer cartons where possible to avoid wastage.

Our company name and returns address will also be on the label in case of non-delivery. If your order is a gift for someone in the same household, we recommend having the order delivered to an alternative address (work or friend/family) if possible to avoid disappointment.

A delivery note with item and pricing details is also included in each order. This cannot be removed, so please be aware of this if delivering directly to someone else.

Back orders

We do not hold back orders. If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will cancel and refund this item.

Fraud checks

Due to an increasing amount of online fraud The Noble Collection UK will hold all orders over £300 until we can confirm the identity of the card holder via phone for their protection.

If we cannot get through we will attempt to communicate via email to arrange a call. If you wish you can directly contact our warehouse team on 0345 604 4422 to get your order cleared. This may be quicker if you have missed a call from us.

Delivery may take longer if you have placed an order over £300 and we are unable to contact you, as we cannot dispatch the order until contact has been made. If after several attempts we cannot contact you, your order may be cancelled.

Your billing address/name must be correct.
