The Noble Collection (UK) Ltd Terms and Conditions of loyalty scheme — Noble crowns
Within these terms any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ means: The Noble Collection (UK) Ltd.
We would like to thank you for your custom, by inviting you to register on the loyalty scheme when you place an order with us.
You will be awarded 1 point (Noble crown) for every £1 spent on eligible products that you spend in a single transaction and these Noble crowns can be redeemed for future full price purchases that you make through the website (excluding P&P where relevant).
When you have collected 100 Noble crowns, you can redeem a £5 reward. 100 Noble crowns is the minimum amount necessary in order to redeem a reward under this scheme. This can be altered at our discretion. We may also set a limit on the number of Noble crowns which can be earned and reserve the right to vary the rate at any time.
The Noble crown loyalty scheme is operated by The Noble Collection (UK) Ltd and applies to purchases made through the website operated by The Noble Collection (UK Ltd) only.
Any participation whether by registration or use of Noble crowns is considered as acceptance of the terms.
The Noble Collection (UK) Ltd can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual customer account.
You can redeem Noble crowns on The Noble Collection’s UK website only, subject to these general terms and conditions and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of Noble crowns. Noble crowns cannot be used for purchases made within our bricks and mortar stores or third-party concessions.
Membership of the Noble crowns loyalty scheme is personal to you. You may not share or transfer Noble crowns earned. Only one membership per person/email address is permitted. They cannot be transferred to any other person or account. Nor can they be sold or traded any way.
If you need to change any of the contact details you have registered with us, please do so via your account.
If we identify that you hold two or more customer accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.
The Noble crowns loyalty scheme is for personal use only, business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. We reserve the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
The Noble Collection (UK) Ltd can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a customer account and Noble crowns accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated offers.
Noble crowns do not have an expiry period.
To be eligible to participate in the Noble crowns scheme, you must be resident in the UK and aged 14 years or over. We will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached.
We reserve the right to refuse an application to join the Noble crowns loyalty scheme.
Noble crowns may also be earned for engaging in ‘qualifying activities’. We reserve the right to reduce or vary the range of qualifying activities and the rate of accrual for such activities at any time.
We will remove Noble crowns awarded at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price if given. This also applied to the exchange of products, unless exchange of products with an equivalent Noble crowns value.
You will be able to see the number of Noble crowns you have earned in the ‘Account’ section of our website.
Noble crowns cannot be used against shipping costs where these exist.
Noble crowns cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer including discounted products prices.
Noble crowns awarded at the time of the transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if we determine that the Noble crowns were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
We are under no obligation to award Noble crowns for any reason outside the qualifying transactions.
