Returns policy

You have the right to return items to us within 14 days of delivery. Returns will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods, after which they will be processed.

Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed, after which you should receive an email confirming your refund. Your bank may take up to 3-5 working days to process the payment.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in contact with us via our website before returning, where we will endeavour to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

If you are gifting an item, please check the product before giving on so we can address any delivery or damage issues prior to this to avoid disappointment.

The Noble Collection will pay return postage only on items that are faulty/damaged during transit – please get in touch if this is the case and we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label.

We can only provide returns labels for the UK delivery address provided on the order – please check any and all orders before taking items out of the country.

If you no longer have your returns form, please include details of your order within the return so that we can identify your return.
