Returns policy

You have the right to return items to us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods – please allow up to 10 working days for this to be processed, after which you should receive an email confirming your refund.

Your bank will usually take around 3-5 working days to process the refunded payment, although in some cases it could be up to 10 days. Please note that after the transaction has been reversed, we have no control over when the funds will reappear in your account.

When returning an order please use the returns form on the reverse of your delivery note so that we can identify your order. If you no longer have your returns form, please include details of your order within the return so that we can identify your return. We highly recommend using a postage service with both proof of postage and proof of delivery in case there are any issues with your return. Returns cannot be processed unless there is proof of delivery.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in contact with us via our website before returning, where we will endeavour to get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Please check all orders and raise any damage or fault claims within 14 days of delivery.

If you are gifting an item, please check the product before giving on so we can address any delivery or damage issues prior to this to avoid disappointment.

The Noble Collection will pay return postage only on items that are faulty/damaged during transit – please get in touch if this is the case and we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label.

We can only provide returns labels for the UK delivery address provided on the order – please check any and all orders before taking items out of the country.
