You have the right to return items to us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods and can take 3–5 working days after this to appear in your account.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in contact with us via our website before returning, where we will endeavour to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
The Noble Collection will pay return postage only on items that are faulty/damaged during transit. Please return items Signed For as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
